You can see pics of our new house HERE. Keep in mind that it is still basically an empty house. 😉
ENJOY!!! 😉 😀
Beautiful home! I am so excited for you!!! Which room will we stay in when we come to visit??? Where does Amos my horse stay?
You can have our room! 😀 And Amos can hang out in the backyard. 😀 heehee 😆
Wow. I am impressed. great house!
Your so kind! Will we be sleeping on the floor????
We really love your home! Mama and I did the slide show together!
Oh, and the rug looks amazing 🙂
OH WOW!!! That is base housing these days!!?? They finally have stepped it up. I’ve seen some awful base houses but you hit the jackpot there, girl! Where’s the battleaxe and the minion now?
Brandy, those were great pictures. The house looks very well taken care of.
Having a garage that you can get into the house from, and a sheltered entrance way to the front door, are nice features to have in the winter. A “mud” room is also a real plus, if you can get your kids to use it before they run into the house. 🙂
I notice you have a bus stop close to the house if you need it.
I really like your new house. I hope your children are getting use to their new home.
ah ha!! once again, Brent makes me giggle
Brent, quit giving Teresa more to laugh about…. she really doesn’t need any encouragement. 😉 😆
Papa, no you can sleep in our big king size bed! 😀 I’ll be sure to hang some vines so you two can be at home in your loin cloths! 😯 hahaha 😆
Cheryl, yes base housing has improved!! You should see the ones here that they are tearing down. AWFUL! 😯
Minot actually has the largest housing of any Air Force Base. Kind of funny considering this isn’t the largest base. They started redoing the base housing several years ago and are still adding more. 🙂 The base we were at before (Whiteman in MO) had some of the worst housing by comparison. Luckily that was our first base so we had no idea. I loved our house there, even though it all could have fit on our main level here. 😉
Ed, I am really excited about that mud room!! haha!! I have always wanted a seperation from the living area of the house when you walk in. Plus, here we are doing no shoes inside b/c I don’t want to be mopping the floors constantly and upstairs I would like to keep the carpet nice since it looks practically brand new. Jake informs me however that HE isn’t doing no shoes. 😉 haha
Tell Jake that isn’t an option. Or he doesn’t get “you know what”
ha ha ha!!!
Im sure he was HATING life here with our no shoes rule. ha ha!!!!
Sweet digs. I love the lego mine field. I imagine like walking across that room at night to close window at night in my bare feet… and just as I cloase the window the lights go out. And I’m thinkin, “crap! how am I gonna get out of this one!”
Then one of the kids screams and I have to (instantaneously) decide if the scream means, “The dog just ate my cookie!” or “I just broke my arm.”
Ric, you just described my life. hahaha! 😉
Usually the scream means “HE HIT ME!!” and I have to decide who hit who and who is screaming. *sigh* 😆
And those legos hurt like a….. 😉 😆
